Do you ever create a vision for yourself of how a particular day will play out? The perfect timeline of events, yet something comes up, getting in the way of that. Likely creating a reaction from you, sometimes blaming or putting the responsibility of your happiness on someone else. You may not mean it that way, but because of how you communicated your feelings of frustration, that is how it was interpreted.
